VEMD2000X01 Overview

To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 215mW heat. It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 215mW. It is possible for the photodiodes in the DC circuit to operate under reverse voltage of 60V. In order for a photodiode to pass current, you need a voltage of 1V. Make sure photodiodes work with 32V breakdown voltage. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
