VEMD2023SLX01 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. Within a circuit, photodiodes may emit heat 215mW. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1V. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 1nA current.
