VEMD2503X01 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 215mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. In order for current to flow across a photodiode, the voltage must be 1V. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. A photodiode conducts 1nA current without light input.
