A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD, No Lead packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 20V voltage per photodiode. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 20V on a continuous basis. Photodiodes have pins 2. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 200pA current.
