The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 20V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 20V. Pins 4 are present on the photodiodes. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
