To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 3-SMD, No Lead packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 32V in continuous reverse-bias mode. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 32V continuously.
