Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tube is the packaging method used. Because it is a type of Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. A supply voltage of 1.8V~3.6V is applied to the analog circuit.
