WM8770SIFT/RV Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 64-TQFP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It consists of 1 / 4 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit receives 2.7V~5.5V as a supply voltage. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 64 terminations. It operates on a supply voltage of 3.3V.
