WM8904CGEFL/RV Overview
Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. In addition, it is equipped with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. There is a voltage supply of 1.71V~2V to the analog circuit. A supply voltage of 1.42V~3.6V is applied to the digital circuit. There are 32 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line.
