WM8985CGEFL/R Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic part is categorized as a type of Stereo Audio, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.5V~3.6V. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. 32 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines.
