WM8998ECS/R Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 117-UFBGA, WLCSP package. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A -40°C~85°C operating performance setting allows it to operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 3 / 7 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage is 1.7V~1.9V for the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.7V~3.47V for the digital circuit. 117 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Converting analog signals to digital signals requires 3 A/D converters. Digital signals are converted into analog signals with 7 D/A converters. Supply voltages up to 1.9V are supported.
