WM9715CLGEFL/RV Overview
A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a type of Audio, AC '97, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -25°C~85°C. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V~3.6V to the analog circuit. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.8V~3.6V. Mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. Analog signals are converted into digital signals using 3 A/D converters. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 3 D/A converters. Keeping the operating temperature at 85°C maintains normal use. The minimum operating temperature is set to -25°C in order to maintain normal operation.
