8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used in this package.Packaging for the external environment.A qualified individual who has the ability to operate within 0°C~70°C.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 128kb bytes.For other related parts, search "XC17128EL".FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 8 axis at different terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.3V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.If reflow soldering is being performed, the temperature should not be higher than 225 when soldering should be reflowed.The 8 pins are on the board.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.005mA.8 pins are set with the part.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 15MHz frequency, so I will mention that.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.A power supply that is rated at 3.3V is recommended for use with this product.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
