This package makes use of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) programming language.Packaging outside of Tube.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the 0°C~70°C environment.OTP allows for programmability.An electric current of 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 256Kb bytes.For other related parts, search "XC17256E".In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 5V.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 5.25V.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 4.75V if the device is to work properly.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.The 20 pins are on the board.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.01mA.As part of the package, the part comes with a set of 20 pins.I think it's important to point out that this is a memory IC that has a 15MHz frequency that can be operated at.In the memory, the I/O configuration has been set to COMMON.Using a 5V power supply is recommended for best results.Thus, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included to better serve customers.
