XC9301A322MR-G Overview
As a result of SC-74A, SOT-753 compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With Fixed dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. A 2V~10V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 180kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. XC9301 series dc to dc voltage regulator belong to this series.
