XC9301A512MR-G Overview


Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). 2V~10V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 180kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the XC9301 series.
