XMC4100F64K128ABXQSA1 Overview
To save space, it is included in the 64-LQFP Exposed Pad package. The way of Surface Mount is used to mount it. It is available in the Tray package. A ARM? Cortex?-M4 core processor powers the device. The temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA while working. Memory type FLASH is used for program memory. A total of 35 I/Os are present. At QUAD, it has its terminals. Currently, it consists of 64 terminationals. There are a number of electrical components in the XMC4000 series, including this one.
