XR75100EL-F Overview


Capsuled in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Bulk surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5.5V~40V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
