XR75100ELMTR-F Overview


Capsuled in the QFN package, the switching controller suits most application needs. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Switching converter has a total of 16 pins. In most applications and prototypes, DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it suitable. The temperature should be at least -40°C. A temperature of 125°C more than 125°C degrees Celsius should be maintained in the undc regulator. Since the dc switcher's maximum input voltage is 40V, the voltage must be regulated accordingly. In order to use a -300mV voltage supply, switching controller is necessary to have one. Input current cannot exceed 1mA with this dc switcher. This controller switches with 1 phases.
