XRP7704ILBTR-F Overview
With a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. For 4 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 6.5V~20V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. It can switch at 300kHz~1.5MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
