The QFP package reduces the amount of space on a board.In order to pack telecommunications equipment, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Surface Mount is mounted on telecom switching.A 100 pin is included in this telecom interface.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 3.3V voltage.The supply current of 120mA allows designers to have a great deal of flexibility.Temperature should be set at the minimum value of -40°C to ensure normal operation.It is necessary to set the temperature at the maximum value of 85°C for the telecom IC to function normally.Voltage supplied should be 3.135V at least.3.465V should be lower than the voltage supplied.Normal operation requires a supply current of 120mA.Transceivers 1 are integrated into telecommunication tools.
