The BGA package reduces the amount of space on a board.In Surface Mount's direction, telecom switching is mounted.For designers, it offers a wide range of flexibility as it operates with the supply voltage of 3.3V.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.Normal operation is ensured by setting 85°C to the maximum value.Voltage supplied should be 3.135V at least.There should be a lower voltage supplied than 3.465V.Telecommunication tools consists of 8-transceivers.
