The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 64-DIP (0.750, 19.05mm). In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tube is used. It has DRAM RAM controllers. Microprocessors with ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces are designed to serve users better. There is 5.0V I/O running on this CPU. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROCONTROLLER. In total, there are 64 terminations. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor.
