The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 68-LCC (J-Lead), making it easy to ship internationally. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. CPUs have 1 Core 8-Bit cores/bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the Z180 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z8L180 processor. The CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to better serve its users. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 3.3V.
