Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Bias Controller as well as for other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~105°C in order to prevent malfunction.This power management uses 2.1V~5.5V voltage for work.The power managment ic has 16 terminals.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 1.1mA .A minimum of 2.1V is needed for it to start.Voltages greater than 5.5V should not be applied to the power supply ic.
