It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.Applications targeting this power management include Bias Controller and others.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~105°C to prevent malfunctions.It works with 2.1V~5.5V voltage.On the power management, there are two 16 terminals.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 1.1mA .In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 2.1V .You are not supposed to feed the power supply ic with voltage higher than 5.5V .
