ZL1505ALNFT1 Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its DFN package.The configuration starts with 10 terminations.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.As a result, it is configured with 10 pins when it is designed.The board has a total of 10 component pins.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.For operation, 7.5V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is used in this device.
