ZL2005PALRFT1 Overview
Capsuled in the 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 3V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1.4MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. An array of 36 terminations of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V. ZL2005 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 3V. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the Digital-DC? series, it belongs to this family.
