Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOT-23-6 package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 40V Max.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 6 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.This device operates with 5V supply voltage.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.There is a maximum output current of 2A that can be achieved.Having the maximum power dissipation of 1.1W indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 20nA.In the Automotive, AEC-Q101 series, this gate driver is included.
